As our partner we strive to provide on time delivery, consistent quantity and supply of high quality minerals.
Soft Corporate Offer
We can offer Soft Corporate Offer covering Container sales, Spot Buys of1,000+ or – metric tonnes or as contracts for monthly revolving shipments for Zinc ore or Lead ore as per the Nigerian Export Specifications, at the rate agreed per metric tonnes, per month, for 1 – 12 consecutive months, but the 3 months with in this contract will be for trial period. All shipments will be packaged in 25 tonnes in each container as appropriate for the Buyer’s needs. With given terms and conditions and to confirm our readiness to execute a Sales and Purchase Agreement with the End Buyer.
If this Soft Corporate Offer is acceptable, client will send their specifications and the procedures as set out herein into your ICPO and forwarded it by email to us for our acceptance and issuance of contract.
- Contract for a Spot Buy
- Contract for regular monthly shipments of 4000+or – metric tonne (As per 12 Months Revolving Shipments) with 3 months trial period.
